September 26, 2018 is National Women’s Health and Fitness Day. We want to celebrate with our second annual Dashing Divas 5K& 10K! Let’s get out there and get moving ladies! Release your inner diva and let’s sparkle!
We will also be donating at least 15% of each registration to GEMS (Girls Educational & Mentoring Services), who’s mission is to empower girls and young women, ages 12–24, who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation and domestic trafficking to exit the commercial sex industry and develop to their full potential.
Thumbs Up is an annual 5K & 10K Run, Walk, Bike, Blade event held in Elk River, Minnesota. This is the 5th Annual event since 2014. We raise money for mental health, suicide prevention and everything mental health related.

Run with your friends and family in the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend’s Saturday Events! The TC 10K takes place at the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul and previews the last three miles of the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon course down tree-lined, historic Summit Avenue. Participants receive a short-sleeve Brooks Running® technical shirt, exclusive 2018 TC 10K finisher’s medal, a special participant gift, and a post-race celebration on the Capitol lawn. Stay and enjoy activities for the whole family until noon.
This fall, bring your family and friends for a fun-packed Saturday of running, activities, and healthy thrills to remember.
