The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year and marks the onset of summer in the northern hemisphere. To celebrate that solstice we are hosting a Summer Solstice 6.21 Mile virtual race!
Along with celebrating Summer Solstice, we will also be donating at least 15% of every registration to Kids Alive International, an incredible organization which is committed to providing physical and spiritual care for orphaned and abandoned children around the world.

The Twilight is a 5K that follows an easy, scenic, route and is a lot of fun whether you run or walk. Whether you do the 5K or Kids Adventure 1K we celebrate every finisher.

Did you know that January 18, 2018 was National Winnie the Pooh Day? To celebrate our favorite bear we are hosting our first annual Braver Than You Believe 5K! The medal has our favorite quote from A.A. Milne, “Promise me you’ll always remember, you’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” We will be donating at least 15% of every registration to the Foundation for Puerto Rico, 100% of donations to this fund will go exclusively to long-term relief for the victims of catastrophic Hurricane María in Puerto Rico.
Ellendale 5K Run/Walk to End Alzheimer’s will take place during Ellendale Days in Ellendale, MN on Saturday June 23rd at 9am.. Registration Fee: $25.00 per runner / walker (kids in strollers/wagons are free). $35 per runner day of race.

After Linda Wortman was diagnosed with lung cancer, her goal to run a 5K in all 50 states to raise awareness and research funding. She did. Now Running Lungs events are hosted around the country.
1 Mile – On path looping around creek, start at 5K start line, head east towards Monteray Rd, Follow path back west, past footbridge, follow back to start.
5K – Not certified – run starts on the paved trail by the pavilion, crosses Monterey, and continues on the trail running two times around the woods/marsh area, Wolfe Park, back across Monterey to the pavilion.
Every participant will receive: SWAG / Finisher Medal / Beverages / Snacks / AWARDS (Overall * Masters * Top 10 Age Group) / Brochure on “Fun Lung Facts”
